SIMR Media formed in February 2005, founded by Philippa Connolly and Shireen Shortt.

Since then, the company has been moving from strengh to strength, just recently receiving TV Seed funding from the Simon Cumbers Media Challenge Fund in connection with Irish Aid and Connect-World.
